Health along with taste
Kamal says that no preservative food item of any kind is served in Pure Soul Cafe. The base of pizza available in this cafe and the bread used in sandwiches are also prepared by them from Manduve flour. There is no Basmati rice served here, but health beneficial Jhuar (hill rice). Also, every vegetable required is procured from the farm. He also grows mint, which is used in drinks, in his small garden.
